    Telemetry comes from the existing Ob dispatch system. Equipment and available data are checked before setup.

  2. Sending data to Insys

    Insys Connect sends data from the Ob dispatch system to the platform. A connection to the dispatch system and the internet is required.

  3. Telemetry in the web workspace and app

    Dispatchers and mechanics see the available lift data in Insys: floor, movement, door status and connection.

Floor, movement, doors and connection. Available data depends on equipment and the dispatch monitoring system. Telemetry is available separately.

Floor and movement

Current floor, direction of movement and cabin stops.

Door status

Open and closed doors based on dispatch system data.

Lift connection
